Lots of commissions have found their sparkly way to people - they seem pleased, so hopefully the people receiving them as Christmas pressies will be equally pleased! :D One picked up today and one more to be delivered by hand on Friday :)
Saturday's fair at the Prince of Wales was a lot of fun, involving a dragon, balloons and a flying Lioness! That's the last one of the year, and am currently in the process of planning where I'll be throughout 2010, so keep your eyes and ears peeled!
I'm planning to get a lot more stock up on Folksy, but unfortunately I keep running out of daylight to photograph pieces in, and there's nothing more annoying than buying something and finding out when it arrives that it's a totally different colour than you expected! So that's my project for Sunday :)
All wrapped up for Christmas, just one or two little presents left to get now... and it SNOWED today and it feels all festive!
Be well :)

Pubs, commissions and the run-up to Christmas
Morning! Apologies for sporadic updates, the last few weeks have been even more manic than usual! I've had several commissions to complete and another two are in the works this week, there's nothing more satisfying than when people are pleased with the finished product :) Photos when I'm allowed to (most of them were for Christmas present purposes!) :) Also visited a happy customer yesterday at her request with some more of my creations, which was lovely.
I spent an evening at the Prince of Wales with my wares on Friday, borrowed Mum's services as a second seller, which was a new experience! Back there this coming Saturday, during the day, for their Farmers' Market, which should be fun. I've sneakily put a poster up in the library so hopefully there will be a fair few visitors!
The runup to Christmas has definitely started, I'm feeling festive! Will be uploading some festive sparkly things to Folksy in the near future, and taking them on Saturday as well. On the plus side, December's always a good excuse to eat lots. On the down side, I've just bought a new car and haven't even started my Christmas shopping yet, so can see myself doing the usual juggling act between two bank accounts and a credit card, sigh.
Hope you're all opening your advent calendars - I forgot to get one this year, must catch up!
Happy wrapping!
